Best phone ever,
I bought this phone a few weeks ago for my birthday and I love it. My family say I’m on it so much til I don’t really do anything else. I mean this phone has everything that you can think of and it’s prepaid. I have absolutely no complaints about it. I think compared to the Iphone, it’s the 2nd best thing out right now. And I love how it takes great pictures and it has a camcorder. I don’t really even get on the internet anymore because I can do that and more from my phone.

|The Verizon Illusion,
Ive purchased the ILLUSION almost a month ago and its the best phone ive owned. It runs perfect with no complaints. I bought the :pay as you go: phone plan so I wasnt commited to contracts. I would most definitely recommend this phone to anyone who wants something simple to use with some extras. I rate this phone a 4.5, Only because I feel no device is perfect.

|iphone os not top of the line? LOL
Some “prepaid” planes are much like the “contract” You paid for a package depending on what you want. How much talk or text and data.
Virgin Mobile call this Beyond talk plan.
It really is no difference in this and a contract plan.
@Remo Gutierrez I’m not knocking Sprint .. but contracts in general. Sprint has been okay with me even though my beloved Epic 4G Touch has got some major internal damage.
It’s a scam with these American carriers. lockergnome doesn’t help in explaining it neither. Pre paid used to be if your getting a cheap phone cuz u want a phone but you have bad credit or you are getting a phone for your teen. Oh I hate it, I’m on Sprint GS2 but I also HAVE the Nexus 4. Carriers… what a freaking scam.
@Remo Gutierrez the thing is you have to b pay FULL PRICE for the phone, but the savings are tremendous like a thousand bucks in two years, from some articles I have read online. Great thing is pre paid carriers are starting to carry high end phones as well.
all of these “pre paid” companies use the exact same towers as the four major carriers in the U.S. say you purchase the Galaxy S2 on Virgin Mobile, well from what I have read you could get a plan say 1200 minutes talk time, unlimited messaging and data for only $45 dollars a month. You should save tons more money in the long run.
contract = cheaper cost for phone higher monthly service.
prepaid = higher cost for phone cheaper monthly service.
Some prepaid companies uses the top carries towers so its the same and you save!
i use Boost Mobile, .10¢ a minute, so for $10.00 i get 100 minutes or 1 hour and 40 minutes talk time for 90 days and everything rolls over. They recently increased their rates to .20¢ a minute, but unless i change to another plan or don’t purchase new minutes about every 3 months and a week, i keep the .10¢ a minute rate. Also $1.00 a day for unlimited walkie talkie, but i’ve never used it once, ever. Also, i don’t need mobile internet because i pay for 35/35 wired/wireless home internet.
A good No Contract plan: Simple Mobile. It’s $40 a month and you can bring your own GSM phone. Plus, it’s on T-Mobile’s towers so if you have great T-Mobile service you will too with Simple. I personally have T-Mobile and an older $70 Unlimited plan with a jailbroken iPhone, but it depends on the person.

Compared to anything else you can find in the US, this is pretty cheap.
That sounds expensive.. I have unlimited everything (3G data, messages and minutes) for 20€/month
