LG enV3 EASY FIX for Random Shut Down!, September 22, 2011
    By
C.K. (Los Angeles, CA USA) –
This review is from: LG enV3 VX9200 Verizon Cell Phone with 3MP Camera, Camcorder, Bluetooth, Stereo music, MicroSD expand to 16 GB, Email (Blue) (Wireless Phone Accessory)

I always research the highest rated phones before getting a ‘New Every Two’ upgrade with Verizon. The enV3 is a great texting phone. If you are experiencing the Random Shut Down issue, there is an Easy Fix! Take off the battery. Then use a dry cotton [tip] swab to massage the battery terminals on the phone and on the battery. I found a demonstration video quickly with a search.
I had the problem after over two years of perfect performance, and this Easy Fix came through when software/firmware updates, and a new battery fell short. Enjoy your enV3!

This review is from: LG enV3 VX9200 Verizon Cell Phone with 3MP Camera, Camcorder, Bluetooth, Stereo music, MicroSD expand to 16 GB, Email (Blue) (Wireless Phone Accessory)

This phone doesn’t have a lot of bells and whistles, but that’s exactly what I wanted and got. If you’re looking for a phone that takes great pictures, is simple and straight-forward, and is compact and easy to navigate, this is your product.

  3. My bill for one month: @ $1080… I loved verizon too. Now I have to carry a clearspot just for data and the phone just for calls. I had to diable updates to all the apps that they load on the android, which cannot be removed and update regularly. The sales rep told me that teathering was free but it is not.

  4. So
I am getting screwed royaly. I been new to verizon and I pay a $40 rate just for having a smartphone plus $50 a month for 1Gb which I devour in three days!

  5. I have a basic phone, do not text or use internet. Use 150 minutes/month. Went to upgrade today to a new BASIC phone and was told I have to have a data pkg. They said I can share it with myself or add another line to share it with. Good thing my contract is up. Time to fimd a customer service oriented provider.

  6. if you pay full price for the iPhone 5

  7. AT&T is the same as Verizon and T-Mobile. I’m personally with Sprint because of unlimited data. Sprint is extremely slow right now but will soon have 4G LTE up and running.

  8. You Thought you were horrified back then Now its July 2012 FUCK YOU VERIZON ! I’m jumping ship

  9. Verizon plan works for me,I am not a phone freak.America has to change too many people on the phones for too long,so get off the fucking phone and focus on real and more important staff.Use your phone don’t abuse it.I used 1/2 of 1G of data on my Droid 3 a month and that’s all I need the phone is a TOOL NOT a TOY..Apple is for Girls only with a lot of stupid apps.A MENS phone is an Android with a TRIDENT case and a ZAGG screen protector and Survival apps..Hell yeah so get off the phone BiTches

  10. Red pocket!!!

  11. AT&T IS WAY BETTER!!!

  12. Your ganna pay full price for that crapple phone to keep your unlimited! Might wanna call!

  13. nice room haha (:

  14. Great sound on this video.

  15. Yeah and their fuckin FREE upgrade now cost 30 bucks. Greedy bastards need to look up the definition of free. I’m lookin at switchin to somone else less greedy.

  16. I dropped Verizon for Sprint’s unlimited plan. I still have my trusty Verizon FiOS though.

  17. If you can find wifi on your smartphone and you have limited data use wifi. It may be slightly slower but will not use any of your data so when there is no wifi in the area your can use your 3G

  18. Verizon has to give it a break. I recently bought a iPhone 4s and I’m using the 30$ 2GB plan. Yes that’s very little data for an iPhone but when your in the car in the middle if nowhere that’s when you run up the data prices. Otherwise when your at your house or a friends or even a local store you can let ur device run on wifi. Therefore not wasting any of your data. Hope this helps you guys.

  19. Get ready for the new P2P system to roll out!
    - Pay to pay
A $2 “convenience” charge for making one time payments through credit or debit.
    Expect new standards.
I’d never allow such a shady company automatic access to my bank, so this is their rebuttal.
    Get boycotted more

  20. Verizon is bull shit what’s the big deal for giving an unlimited data plan. The new iPhone with Siri, safari, and weather on the home screen will burn easily 4 gigs a week maybe more what’s the point of getting it. Also you cannot use the NEW options on it Screw Verizon

  21. yes it does. be careful!!

  22. buddy thats how every company is now they are out to get all the money they can get and the only reason they changed to unlimited in the first place was to try and get as many iphone users as they could to switch over and then switch to the data plan that at&t has and the grandfather thing well that’s the law there is no getting around it

  23. Greed seems to be the driving force. How can it be right or fair to tell existing cutomers who did not have a smartphone prior to the changes in data plans that they have to pay $30/month for 2GB if they upgrade to a smartphone and yet allow those who are grandfathered to still only pay $30/month. Verizon is limiting existing customers and yet keeping the charges the same?

  24. fuck verizon & att fire their ass

  25. theats a load of bs. streaming music for a hour is over 1 gig. and videos use much more

  26. Actually what is said by Verizon is that over 90% of customers use less than 2GB…..Which is true….so it was either alienate 95% of customer by upping the price for everyone for unlimited or do tier pricing so that the 5% of heavy user can pick up that tab. If you want to suckle netflix I suggest you get the 10GB plan or run over to sprint or t mobile’s tiny , slow network.

  27. i was on verizon for 3 day and used up 75% off my data plan !!!! all smartphones are data hogs, whats the point of having a netflix app or pandora or even spotify when you can’t even use it on the go !! the two big brothers att and verizon are lying to congress and saying that the average smartphone user only uses 200Mb a month !!!!
that is B.S and now att is caping unlimited data users soon verizon is gonna follow att again.
