I requested a recommendation from Amazon regarding what Bluetooth headset I should get for my phone, I have a Samsung Galaxy Prevail and they recommended the GTMax. Guess what, it doesn’t work. My phone can’t find the device. Annoying and time consuming and a waste of money. And now the seller won’t return my emails. Perhaps the unit is fine and my issue is with Amazon customer service, either way not happy
